Supported Harnesses
Every harness in this catalog is supported. The support tier describes how the integration is maintained and how urgently the Omnigent team responds when it breaks; it does not indicate whether the harness works.
Support tiers
- Tier 1 — Fully supported. Every Omnigent feature is expected to work well with these harnesses. Their integrations are heavily tested in CI and manually by the team. A regression is treated as a serious, blocking bug.
- Tier 2 — Maintained. These harnesses are tested in CI and their features are verified to work with Omnigent, but the team gives them less focus than Tier 1 harnesses. Bugs are fixed in the normal course of work and shipped with the next release.
- Tier 3 — Community-supported. These harnesses can work reliably through shared direct, ACP, and native-TUI paths, but the team does not actively improve each integration. Community fixes and improvements are welcome.
Omnigent's generic ACP integration is Tier 1. Configuration and behavior specific to an individual third-party ACP harness start at Tier 3, while the third-party agent remains responsible for its own ACP implementation. A harness can move to Tier 2 or Tier 1 as it gains dedicated integration coverage, CI testing, and active maintenance from the Omnigent team.
